⟞ Initiated the trajectory of the Tillys first ever influencer collaboration with Marketing, building relationships and leveraging exposure. ⟝
⟞ Rebranded all brand touchpoints ensuring cohesion from product design and marketing to visual merchandising in-store, POP, and PDP. ⟝
⟞ Accelerated brand growth to account for 19% of company net sales, becoming number #1 brand. ⟝
RSQ CURVY FIT
⟞ Introduced curvy-fit women’s denim, embracing body diversity. ⟝
⟞ Led team from product inception through design, marketing, and visual merchandising to store execution to ensure all customer touchpoints were authentic and engaging. ⟝
⟞ Set to launch extended (plus) sizes by Fall 2023. ⟝
RSQ ACTIVEWEAR
⟞ Built and launched Men’s and Women’s Activewear and loungewear division. ⟝

L&M DIRECT | MARAIS DESIGNS
